The first four months of 2019 might possibly be the busiest Talroo has ever seen – and they’ve definitely been the busiest the marketing department has ever seen. After five consecutive years and counting on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest-growing companies, Talroo has evolved from a small start-up to a growth company hitting its stride – and that means multiple layered campaigns, content creation, hosting industry events, and most importantly, technical innovation and new product development. We first brought our 20×20 “boothzilla” to SHRM Talent in 2018, and it made a return appearance this year. Instagram sensation Hamlin the Frenchie made his first appearance, delighting recruiters and CEOs alike.
Even the world’s cutest (arguably) Frenchie couldn’t steal the thunder from the brand-new Talroo Insights dashboard. We began developing the Insights dashboard based on client feedback, then did a deep-dive to bring to life our data and analytics from billions of searches and jobseeker signals each month. This powerful tool raises the bar on performance metrics and campaign optimization.

We held our first annual Agency Executive Summit just last week in Austin, home of Talroo HQ. Senior leaders from ad agencies across the country came to Austin for networking, discussions, learning, entertainment, and a ton of smoked meat. We can’t wait to do it again next year!
