Rebeca leads Talroo's team of account managers in our mission to deliver world class service to our clients, while supporting them with the internal tools and development they need to perform their role. What is your background and how did it bring you to Talroo?
Most of my previous experience comes from large branded corporations, specifically in marketing and digital advertising. I was eager to have a larger impact as an individual contributor and found the perfect company to continue to grow and do so at Talroo.

What do you most want to accomplish as Sr. Team Lead of Client Services at Talroo?
I want to instill individual and long-term confidence across my team. Not being afraid to ask the “dumb” questions, getting your hands dirty, and being able to bounce back from hiccups.
What do you think is the most important piece of information for hiring managers/recruiters to know right now?
With a competitive market for candidates, it is equally important to make your job stand outand pre-qualify candidates early on in the process.

Do your research, be yourself, and speak to your accomplishments – this should help you stand out from the rest.
What is your favorite drink/snack in the Talroo fridge?
Kombucha/LaCroix and beef jerky.
What is one helpful piece of advice someone has given you about your own career?
Don't take it personal.

Hearing success stories about companies being able to hire the right candidate for the right job.

A French Bulldog.

Going on a long hike with my dog Bella, getting a frozen margarita afterward, and watching the latest movie in theaters.

Streamlining integrations like programmatic buying.

How would you like to see the TA industry change or improve?
Although there are a lot of initiatives across the industry including those at Talroo, the ability to connect the right people to the right recruiter is still a larger task at hand. Being able to automate that with the right technology will be huge for the industry, and we’re taking the right steps towards that.
